In accordance with articles 12 et seq. of the new GDPR – our company, as Data Controller, will process the personal data you provide in compliance with the law, with the utmost care, implementing procedures and effective management processes to ensure the protection of the treatment and is committed to protecting the information provided, in order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, as well as to maintain accuracy of data and also to ensure the proper use of it.

Type of collected Data

The following data may be requested, even partially, from you:

– personal data (personal data, tax code, VAT number, name, registered office, residence and domicile and contact data, telephone, email); data relating to the contractual relationship describing the type of contract; accounting data on the economic relationship;

Purpose of treatment:

Administrative and accounting reasons: to make the contractual and economic relationship with our structure operative.

Other purposes: With your consent, we may use your email address to provide you with information, offers, services, always related to our core business, in digital form, on paper or online (newsletter).

Storage time of your data

For administrative / accounting reasons: The data collected will be kept for 10 years from the date of termination of the relationship.

For other reasons, the data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, then it will be deleted.

Compulsory or optional nature of agreeing to data treatment conditions and consequences of a possible refusal

The data essential for the execution of the contractual relationship, necessary to comply with legal obligations, must be provided to the writer. The data not essential for the execution of the contractual relationship must be qualified and considered additional information, and their submission, if requested, is optional. Your refusal to provide such data, however, will result in less efficiency of our structure in the implementation of the contracts.

Treatment modalities – In accordance with Art. 12 et seq. of the GDPR, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide us with will be recorded, processed and stored in our archives, in paper and electronic form, in accordance with the appropriate measures pursuant to Art. 32 of the GDPR. Personal data will be handled using tools and procedures that guarantee security and confidentiality.

Activities that may be outsourced to third parties – The Data Controller, in the execution of his activity, may request other operators (External Manager) to perform certain tasks on his behalf; they will be provided only with the information necessary for the delivery of the services commissioned and will be required to respect confidentiality, prohibiting the use of the data provided for a purpose other than what was agreed.

What are your rights?

According to art. 15 GDPR you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence and purpose of personal data processing concerning you. You have the right to access the data that we store, request that the data is rectified or deleted, oppose the processing of the same, request a limitation of treatment, and request portability. The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, if recipients are from third parties; where possible, the conservation period; the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling as referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4.
